• Establishment of the Breast and Cervical Health Program
• Significant increase in funding for Mental Health, Tobacco Prevention, and other healthcare services
• Restoration of state funding for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Montana
• Passage of a partial Mental Health insurance parity mandate
• Establishment of statewide library databases
